Very professional and very local. Being local is super important because they personally know the places they recommend. They also do a great job explaining all options available and the positives and negatives of each so you can make an educated choice.
Wonderful people! Kind, caring, and completely knowledgable. I was entirely overwhelmed and lost but Diana made the process of finding a home for my mom so understandable. Would highly recommend!
Care Patrol is ok but the place they recommended sucks.
Didn't realize this sort of service was available and now I don't know how we would have orchestrated moving my father to a new Assisted Living Facility without them! They gave us a list of facilities that had spots available along with info sheets on each one, called the directors to ask our specific questions, scheduled an in person tour, went on the tour with us and helped communicate between both facilities and hospice.
