CarePath will always have a special place in my heart and my family’s. They cared for my grandmother until her final days. Special thanks to Kim Bledsoe who set us up with everything we needed and saw to it that we had the best experience. Gabriel and Lana were amazing nurses and had the best bedside manner. The Dallas office of Carepath Hospice is amazing. My company has worked with them in the past and we continue to do so. Kim Bledsoe, liaison is very proactive and truly cares about making sure that all patients are comfortable throughout their transition. Kim is reliable, dependable, and caring. I recommend this hospice company to any family in need of additional TLC during their loved ones end of life journey.

I want to thank the staff at Carepath for their excellent service. My mother was put in-home hospice after she was diagnosed with CKD stage 4 (in addition to her dementia). From the day she was discharged from the hospital until the day she passed away, she received the best care. Candy, the nurse, took her time explaining when we had questions, she made sure my mom had all the supplies and medicine she needed, would answer my calls and texts immediately.
