I had a double mastectomy on March 31, 2026, and have been visiting Care Partners for post-surgical bandage care during a very vulnerable time in my life. On April 1, I went to the Hartzel Road location and unfortunately had a very negative experience, which I have already reviewed separately. Absolutely appalling care provider. Cannot follow basic instructions. Lost parents medications. Have been trying to reach a manager for WEEKS with no success. When they do call back (after hours) they dont leave a return number or extension and if you call back, even 1 minute later, you are faced only with voicemails. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy.
Great staff, amazing service for iron infusion.
It's the whole process that is unprofessionally handled. From leaving hospital to eventually getting a timed appointment is done with the involvement of too many people. The schedulers have no idea what is needed or going on.
