The organization is very strong. Their expectations are high which in return produces amazing staff. Their orientation is very thorough. Very positive and their Managers are so so kind and extremely knowledgeable. Janice was fantastic. Got me in early. Looked after my wound quickly and got me set up for follow up appointments
The nurses on site are lovely. The staff that book appointments are quite rude. It's a very weird system they have in place...im a cancer patient w high anxiety...dread calling there
