Absolutely appalling care provider. Cannot follow basic instructions. Lost parents medications. Have been trying to reach a manager for WEEKS with no success. When they do call back (after hours) they dont leave a return number or extension and if you call back, even 1 minute later, you are faced only with voicemails. I would not wish this company on my worst enemy.
Great staff, amazing service for iron infusion.
It's the whole process that is unprofessionally handled. From leaving hospital to eventually getting a timed appointment is done with the involvement of too many people. The schedulers have no idea what is needed or going on.
I encountered an HR representative whose approach came across as quite unprofessional and discourteous.
Horrific in office staff. They leave there clients to rot and suffer then fight them if they don't smile and take it
