My one star rating should actually be 100 stars below zero. Care Oregon has discriminated against me most severely. I applied for HRSN months ago and yet no action has been taken on my application; I've reached out repeatedly via e-mail and phone, and EVERY time I successfully make contact, a rep misinforms me. Took 10 months to get HRSN rent/utility assistance. I was in an apartment for 12 years and in the last year I was being intimidated and harassed as well as subjected to toxic drug fumes. The payor Just Compassion told me I could do a medical move and they would assist with moving costs and continue my monthly HRSN payments.
