I've waited sixteen weeks and five days for my HRSN application to be approved for processing, and I continue to wait. Customer service agent Christy outright lied to me, stating that it's a 26 week wait. She also refused to accept the transfer of my call from another agent, although she told me to ask for her specifically when calling back. My one star rating should actually be 100 stars below zero. Care Oregon has discriminated against me most severely. I applied for HRSN months ago and yet no action has been taken on my application; I've reached out repeatedly via e-mail and phone, and EVERY time I successfully make contact, a rep misinforms me. I'm told that someone will get back to me in 3 days. After 3 days pass, I call back and I'm given the runaround. Took 10 months to get HRSN rent/utility assistance. I was in an apartment for 12 years and in the last year I was being intimidated and harassed as well as subjected to toxic drug fumes. The payor Just Compassion told me I could do a medical move and they would assist with moving costs and continue my monthly HRSN payments. So I found a new place and as soon as I did they dropped the ball. They said CareOregon will not pay for that.
