I have been in tons of dental office in my life, including being in the dental field for abt 5 years. I went to the orchards location, and unfortunately for me, but lucky for them, I was never once introduced to anyone by name, not the assistant, the hygienist, nor the dr. Probably better because I can't call them out..Let's start from the beginning, hope you brought your popcorn-- I was 5 mins early, did my new patient forms by 3, my apt time. Do not go here! i had some fillings i needed done and ended up at another dental office fixing their mistake. The dentist didn't fully fill the tooth which allowed bacteria to get in a drilled opened tooth, which was not fully filled properly by any means, (x-rays to prove it). I am assuming you can figure out what happened from there. I am now having to pay another dental clinic a lot of money due to their screw ups, please if you want a healthy mouth and not screwed up nerves in your teeth, go SOMEWHERE else!
