I wish it was possible to give a zero star review because they deserve it. I have been waiting for 5 months for them to even start helping me find a job and they have done absolutely nothing the entire time. Completely useless organization and I could not possibly recommend them less.
Any time they gave us a caregiver, they gave us someone who was physically unable to assist and when we found one, she left the company. We stayed on their “wait list” for two years, reached out every few months and all of the sudden, they said “oh, I’m sorry! We have down that your son passed away, so he hasn’t been on our list” I don’t really know what to say outside of that!?
This is the most uncaring organization. They should change their name to don’t care. If I could give 1 star I certainly would. Tisha is the laziest Director ever and needs to step down.
