CareOne Skilled Nursing Facility in Randolph has been a blessing for my family. The staff takes great care of my mom with kindness and patience, which gives me so much peace of mind. What I love about it, are the wonderful activities they offer, that keeps my mom and other residents engaged and happy and it truly feels like a caring community.
My father has been at this facility for approximately two weeks, and the level of care he has received is completely unacceptable. Staff check on him only every 4–5 hours, which is nowhere near adequate for someone in his condition. He is 54 years old and recently became paralyzed due to an accident, yet he is consistently left without proper attention.
