Get directionsMy father and I were welcomed with everything we needed within hours of arrival and well taken care of. Everything was clean, and the only issue during his stay was a remote stopped working and they were fast to replace it. Wonderful!
Horrible. Take 10 minutes to an hour and a half to answer a call from the bed. I wouldn’t feed this garbage food to an alligator. Neglect is so over the top. Non professional nurses and aides. Put my food on another patients tray (housekeeping). Told me at 3am I would have to wait for housekeeping for toilet paper. They are keeping me here cuz I used the commode at night (rather than using the toilet). Messed up my meds.
Pretty poor experience overall, my father did not have air-conditioning in his room for the first three days and the room was 86°. The staff seemed generally downtrodden and definitely not proactive about helping in any way. Communication is awful, phone system down frequently. Food Quality was poor, only highlight was the activity director who ran an afternoon, activity and movie every day. Today, July 3, 2026, my partner was admitted for short physical rehab. The people are attentive but the facility needs urgent updates. Today is one of hottest days (95F) in 2026 and AC is not working properly. The central atrium /office area are cold but the actual residents/patient rooms and even nursing stations and hallways are not cool at all. I don't know how the place operates like that for senior people. I brought two fans from home to circulate air in my partner's room. I see some long term residents installed their ... read more
