I would not recommend this rehabilitation facility. My mother experienced a sudden and significant cognitive decline while under their care. Rather than recognizing that something was medically wrong, staff repeatedly dismissed her symptoms as her “baseline” condition. As her family, we knew this behavior was completely out of character and repeatedly expressed our concerns. This review is under my alternate email. I was there for only 24 hours and it was a nightmare. The food was inedible, I felt ignored and scared. I was freezing a good amount of the time. I had to ask over and over for medication. The beds are so old that the side rail was broken. I had major anxiety attacks shortly after arriving. The staff weren’t that friendly. My family is beyond disgusted and outraged by the care my grandmother has received at CareOne. What she has experienced is not just neglect — it is inhumane. Staff have repeatedly allowed her ileostomy bag to become so full that it has literally exploded on her, and when she calls for help, she is left sitting in her own feces for hours.
