Extremely disappointed and frustrated! Had to bring my sister there for respite care. 1st visit was flawless and we were so pleased to find a place for her when we need it. 2nd visit, they lost my sister's POLST form which was in a bright green zippered pouch. How is that possible! To this day, I still have not received any information as where it is or how this happened. 3rd and my final visit was the week of May 25th. I can't say enough good things about Care One. The staff including director are incredibly attentive, compassionate & I have seen them treat residents like family. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and filled with a sense of community. Highly recommend!

My friend recently stayed at this nursing home and she had a wonderful experience. The staff was compassionate, attentive and always treated my friend with dignity and respect. The facility was clean and welcoming. Most importantly, I felt relieved knowing my friend was in caring and capable hands. I am grateful and highly recommend this facility.

The building is well‑kept and has a calm, organized feel. Staff members were attentive and professional, and you could see they were genuinely engaged with the residents.
