I’ve been to this location on several occasions and have had great experiences. Today 9/12 was different because it started off with their staff member Jaselle L. At front desk not knowing how to do her job, and thought that she could tell me how my insurance works, and really tried me this early morning. Been there on four occasions....... They screwed up my labs twice. I had to get repeated blood draws because of them mislabeling or just losing my bloodwork. The Dr I saw saw to day was rude, incompetent and condescending. They can never get my blood on the first, second or third try! They actually gave up today and sent me somewhere else. I will NEVER return to this place again! Totally horrible experience every visit. You'd be better off going to a veterinarian!

Staff was friendly doctor or knowledgeable and accommodating. Great hospitality. Where it goes haywire is when you need a copy of your billing statement and nobody can help you and nobody can find your records and nobody can find that you were actually a patient that is just pathetic and unprofessional each time I’ve called the Location directly. CARENOW performed the Covid diagnosis correctly but totally FAILED on the appropriate treatment regimen! Every statement reflected the knowledge 6 months ago. They REFUSED to prescribe Paxlovid for a 72 year old that has heart failure, type 2 diabetes, asthma, obesity and currently coughing up dark brown phlegm! This place doesn't even have my symptoms that I gave them on the sheet!!! I am in so much pain from.my sinuses, my one side I can feel them filled up. The NP here wants to say I have adenovirus "because it's going around". Never heard of it before - according to the information sheet the most common adenovirus is the common cold. I have NO cold like symptoms. Ive had a sinus infection before and know what it feels like. This has to be a joke. This was the worst emergency care I could imagine as far as customer service. I was told after I checked in that I could leave and run a quick errand and they would text me when it was my turn. This was a huge help because there was a woman in the waiting area with the most pitiful moan EVER making me feel worse than I already felt. I assume she was in pain. Only go here if you check in on line and then they call you to come in, 3 people in the waiting room, my wait time was 4hrs. Very unhelpful. Only saw 2 people actually go back during the time I waited. Called around while waiting and found a quicker appointment across town, drove there was seen and drove home and still was faster than waiting here to be seen. Don't come here if you actually have an urgent medical condition. How can I give them a lower score
