Great Service
First Doctor Claycomb lied about his name during our teladoc call. Introduced himself as Dr. Clay. I learned this after reading my health summary. His manners for a doctor are lacking as he hardly let me speak and just didn't want to listen. Dr. Pham and the other medical professionals who work here should be embarrassed by Jameka’s behavior… Jameka doesn’t have enough professionalism or empathy to answer any calls or interact with any patients. What a nasty attitude she displayed this morning. My initial visit went well, the staff did their job no hiccups… I was called with my test results and I asked if the woman would they be uploaded to the portal for me to share?… I was told yes. 2 days later, The test results still weren’t uploaded. I was very impressed with my recent visit at the Cedar Park Care Now Urgent Care facility. Everyone was very professional ,concerned, and kind from the front desk and my room.
Great and compassionate service by Kaitlyn at the Mechanicsville, VA location. Very nice young lady who took her time to make sure I received the service I needed. She is at the front desk and does a great job taking care of folks coming through the door. Thanks Kaitlyn.
Definitely 5 stars for all round customer service!!! Fast, welcoming, and personable experience from the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses . I highly recommend this place!! Shout out to NP Ralph Borromeo and his assistant, LaTonya for great care and understanding of their patients.
My name is Irene Longhurst. I was seen on December 16 and 17th. I was seen for two different issues. I was greeted at the front desk by Ominya, Brianna and Tashiana. All were so helpful and extremely kind to me when I was not feeling good. I was greeted in the back by Eljanay and Karman they made me smile both days. I am from Tacoma Washington. I have been there several times on a Workmen’s Comp. injury. Doctor Johnson, and the staff has been amazing. I really appreciate the great service I have received. They have made a difficult time so much better because I feel like I’ve had some great care and Helping me every step of the way . I can’t thank them and praise them enough
Everyone at this clinic was great wait time not long and they texted when they were ready for me and my child which is 3 yrs old and they made him and I fell completely comfortable! Love this clinic
