I went in to get a really simple suture & stich job, with my insurance fee clearly laid out. No problems until weeks down the line, I’m being charged an unknown fee- and apparently was lied to about staple removal fees. They claimed to have made notes, and I was clearly told, that no other payments will be processed other than my visit.
