This was a horrible experience today, I had a minor cut that needed some help to stop bleeding. When I approach the front desk, they directed me to a kiosk and had to enter my information, then it sends me a text message. That I have to enter information again pictures of my ID pictures of my insurance. Meanwhile, if you remember my fingers are cut.. Lydia has been the healthcare provider gathering all of our initial info and checking our vitals during the last two visits for myself and my daughter. She is friendly, professional, and very efficient. As a patient and as a mom, this instill confidence in our experience. We appreciate her and her commitment to providing a high standard of care.
The front desk was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The doctor was nice, fast, and to the point which I liked. I was in and out of the office and was taken care of. Probably the best experience I've had at any urgent care.
