Update: seems like after reading these reviews multiple people have the same issue with (who I think) is the same nurse given their descriptions. These reviews have been up for months and yet nothing seems to have changed? Is anyone able to talk with her because if I need to go again l, I, and likely others my age who are medically complex, won’t feel comfortable telling her all of my health issues since she was so dismissive, interruptive, and didn’t even chart them all, even though the provider stated that it was important... read more
