“I had a great experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and I was seen quickly. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. The facility was clean and well organized. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care I received.”
After waiting over an hour for an appointment, I was brought back into a room to be seen and spent another hour and 30 minutes waiting, sitting on the table which killed my back. I have never in my life had to wait so long to see a doctor. Absolutely horrible and will not ever be returning.
I had a good experience here, it was later in the evening prob about a hour before closing i booked online and they were able to check me out quick and get me a prescription. Dr Nguyen was good.
Checked in online and when I arrived the receptionist said that she couldn’t find my online check in and that I had to start over. She handed me an iPad that didn’t work, and I ended up needing to do the forms on paper. However, when I finished the forms and asked how to input my insurance information, she said she was able to pull it up from my online check in… Ontop of the check in system being faulty, the nurse who took my vitals had absolutely no bed side manner.
