Very professional and prompt!
CareNow Prosper is the best place to seek the medical help. Upon arrival I was welcomed by very kind and helpful representative Alexis. My nurse Ashleigh greeted me with a smile and she made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Kusi-Mensa is a very approachable doctor who took the time to listen to my symptoms and answered all my questions. Dr Kusi-Mensa is great! I highly recommend Dr Kusi-Mensa and his staff to all that find themselves in need of medical care.
Even they know that they couldn’t treat CYST drain for my child ..they lied and took the payment of $180 ..after we waited for the 2 hours they asked us to go to ER ..they should have told at the beginning..useless staff and worst experience ..never recommending this location
The doctor and all the staff were very cooperative and good people!
Everything was sparkling clean. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 min. The nurse was very friendly, and the doctor gave me just the prescription needed for my issue. Thank you!
