Went in last night after another NP suggested I try a tordal injection for a major ongoing migraine. Checked in online, they called me almost immediately to stop on in, at 430 on a Friday. I went straight in, I was in so much pain, I couldn’t sit up straight, I was nauseous, just a crushing kind of pain. I've found it necessary to visit CareNow twice in Mount Juliet in the past 3 weeks. Staff was friendly, caring, and professional on both occasions. I was glad to hear I had only viral infections rather than the flu! Great service since there is no chance of getting a last minute appointment to be seen by my primary care physician. You can even call to make an appointment.
The staff is so caring and friendly and professional. We highly recommend them. Thanks to each of you for your kindness and compassion today.

The absolute worst experience we have ever had. We pre check in online at 11am and receive a call saying we have an appointment at 12:45 with 5 people in front of us then we arrive at 12:30 just have to fill out more paperwork then wait for over an hour with no one in the lobby. Once in the room we sitting here going on our second hour. Only upside is that we were able to watch the original Shrek 1.5 times
