I had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional and helpful. Hannah did a great job at figuring out what meds I needed. Niesha helped me get through the paperwork as a new client. The facility was clean and equipment was new. I will be back when need arises.

I was very disappointed with my experience. I felt rushed from the moment I arrived. No testing was performed, and I was simply prescribed medication and sent on my way. After taking the medication for several days without improvement, I called to ask what I should do next. I was told I needed to have called within three days to receive a different prescription. I came in for what should have been a simple drug screen, but the experience was unnecessarily frustrating. I was first asked to complete a large amount of paperwork, and when I was finally ready to check in, I was handed additional forms labeled “Occupational Medicine” and “Workers’ Compensation.” I asked the front desk employee why I needed to complete workers’ compensation paperwork for a drug screen.
