I broke my big toe and experienced 8/10 pain, as someone with chronic pain, I am maxed out on over the counter pain medication and their doctors refused to properly treat me. Causing me constant pain and inability to sleep or walk properly. Do no harm means treating the person means doing something not on your checklist. You can not refuse to treat a patient properly because you don’t understand

Everyone was exceptionally nice. The front desk person checked me in so I didn't have to. Sorry I don't remember her name but she was so nice. They explained everything to me in English terms. I highly recommend them.
