Hello, it was my first time and they provide me with a good service. The front lady was very nice the doctor and the nurse.
Do NOT go here for anything ear related! I saw Dr. Corey Jones and he completely TORE up both ear canals and made my impaction worse. He very carelessly dug into both my ears in an extremely painful manner. I told him it was very painful and he kept trying to dig. Luckily, I was able to see an audiologist the very next day (should have just done that first) and the audiologist was amazing. I used the online waitlist so my visit was very quick. The doctor was knowledgeable and very considerate. My diagnosis was pretty straightforward. I would recommend, just use the online registration.
