This place doesn't even have my symptoms that I gave them on the sheet!!! I am in so much pain from.my sinuses, my one side I can feel them filled up. The NP here wants to say I have adenovirus "because it's going around". Never heard of it before - according to the information sheet the most common adenovirus is the common cold. Very questionable billing practices. Came in for a covid-19 test. Got in quickly but made me pay up front and billed my insurance. Cigna paid them 100% for the test- received the payment from Cigna in 17 days; in addition to my payment up front. I am still waiting for my refund via paper check- now going on more than 9 weeks. Very unacceptable. They knew it would be covered since they knew the exact payment amount.
