I was charged for a canceled appointment, so I contacted my insurance company. They confirmed CareNow billed a facility fee just for me walking into the clinic, even though I was not seen by a doctor. CareNow is now trying to charge me because I refused to let them put my credit card on file. This is unacceptable. I did not receive any medical services, and this looks like fraudulent billing. I need this charge removed immediately.

Best experience EVER!!! Alexis started this phenomenal experience when I called asking clarifying questions before my visit to ensure I was prepared. She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
