I went for a sore throat, unsure of what I had, and they refused to do more than one test. I requested a strep throat and COVID test and they refused to do multiple tests. Went to an urgent care two days later and they understood my concerns and took me seriously, testing me for three things and turns out I had COVID. Do not go to this urgent care, they just want you in and out as fast as possible without concern for their patients. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
Great service
She didn’t asked questions about how my pine was and didn’t even check or feel what part of my body is hurting . She sent me to x-ray. Didn’t even explain what I need to do. It was so disappointing, I never will go there again.
