Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care facility! Dr. Avila and her team were extremely helpful when I came in for chest pains to make sure I got the correct care. I also had my newborn with me who was hungry and crying a little, and they were more than patient and helpful if I needed. Amazing team and highly recommend!

Yet again we gave a chance though the visit was great, the front desk was horrible. They lied to my husband and had us going to the Va we get there and no medications were sent, we had three times and three times told it was sent to the Va, waste of gas and time. We’re here right now trying to get the physical copy and the girl is very rude.

From the very beginning the receptionist was nice and professional. Ari is her name. Wait time was very good. Once in the room Isabel, MA was very kind and Ana Gonzales, NP were absolutely amazing. Very professional and listened to my concerns. I had to get stitches and they took their time in making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend the facility and especially these professional ladies. I know if I ever need urgent care again I will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Ari, Isabel and Ana.

Overall, my visit was fine, but I was disappointed that my work excuse included my diagnosis. I believe a work note should simply state that I was seen by a healthcare provider and excuse me from work for the necessary dates. My medical diagnosis is personal health information, and I didn’t appreciate having it disclosed on a note intended for my employer. In the future, I hope the clinic will ask patients whether they want their diagnosis included or provide a work note without it unless it’s medically necessary
