If you don’t have insurance, don’t come here because they’ll just keep charging your card on file. Came to get stitches and paid the bill out of pocket that day. Then received a text with a remaining balance which I paid again. Then went to get the stitches removed and was told that had no balance at the front desk when I left. Two weeks later I’m charged again when I was told I had no remaining balance. When trying to dispute it with their billing department they stated their “review” for a potential refund takes 2-4 weeks.... read more

Leaving a 2 star review because they still charge me despite not getting the urgent prescription (Pharmacy said the prescriber denied to authorize the medication) even after explaining that I won't be able to see my doctor for a couple of months since I'm starting a new job in a different city since I will have to get a new doctor, and all of the hassle of trying to get an off day.
