Only go here if you check in on line and then they call you to come in, 3 people in the waiting room, my wait time was 4hrs. Very unhelpful. Only saw 2 people actually go back during the time I waited. Called around while waiting and found a quicker appointment across town, drove there was seen and drove home and still was faster than waiting here to be seen. Don't come here if you actually have an urgent medical condition. How can I give them a lower score

I do not write many reviews. But if I would give this place a 0 out of 5 if possible. We moved here from Las Vegas and we tried vaccinating our children and after the first two ending up in the hospital and very sick from reaction we decided to hold off and follow council of our primary care pediatrician. To be clear, this is not an anti vaccine post. We are very much pro vaccine, generally speaking and are fully vaccinated. Our 9 year old has not been and we were hoping to vaccinate when he turns 18. Very poor, I made an appointment online as I was instructed at 4:30 p.m. and received a text saying I would get a text message when my appointment was available. Fast forward to 8 p.m. and they close without even messaging for my appointment and leaving me in pain until the morning. Very very poor I would never recommend this kind of horrible care to anyone!

the absolutle worst they take forever to get ppl seen i can remember being there one day and they had stopped taking patients for covid testing instead of putting a note on the door people would wait in line to get checked in and get up to the desk 15 minutes later only to be turned away i took my son there who has 100% medical covrage through the state which they assured me they would take i was charged 207/00 actully my 14 year old was!!!!! so now im paying off 307.00 that the medicla insurance should of paid or they shou... read more

I went in for a Covid test due to having symptoms - I was given the option of 20 minute test or test that would take a few days for results. I chose the 20 minute test and it came back negative. Dr diagnosed me with Sinusitis and gave me an antibiotic and information related to this - and I went on my way believing I did not have Covid. Very nice experience! All staff are Very friendly, especially Shannon Yarima, PA very helpful explaining everything, reassuring, and answering questions patiently in a very busy day.

The Dr. Seemed like they just wanted to push me out the door. Went for kidney stones. She thought it might be appendix... I'd already told her nurse I'd had it removed. Gave me antibiotics for UTI. Even though the pain has come and gone for the last year, and have history of kidney stones. I work a laborious job and only gave me one day off, despite the fact I was urinating blood. Will NEVER go back.

Very questionable billing practices. Came in for a covid-19 test. Got in quickly but made me pay up front and billed my insurance. Cigna paid them 100% for the test- received the payment from Cigna in 17 days; in addition to my payment up front. I am still waiting for my refund via paper check- now going on more than 9 weeks. Very unacceptable. They knew it would be covered since they knew the exact payment amount.
