I went to this Carenow and the P.A., Joseph Cuellar told me it is the shingles. I questioned this P.A. because I had heard the shingles is painful and had blisters. I had no pain and no blisters! He giggled and said, it's definitely the shingles and he said he would refer me to a ophthalmologist because it's at my eye. I never heard from anyone about a appointment to Ophthalmologist, so I found my own! Ophthalmologist said they see alot of people with the shingles and she didn't think I had shingles and she sent me to dermat... read more

The staff was really nice and the Dr came in and check to make sure things were going okay. No long wait time and what I had done was done in accurate time. I recommend CareNow.

Worst customer service ever. Called to get results of my daughter’s covid test 9 days ago. Got put on hold. Stayed on hold. Still don’t know results of the test , but my daughter is already well. I guess it doesn’t matter at this point.
The nurse and doctor are very nice at this clinic. I came in for covid testing and they made me feel very comfortable; I was also in and out in a little over an hour. What I do not appreciate is the lack of knowledge of the front office staff. When we phones they said it would be a $160 appointment charge and we would have covid results in 24-48 hours. I was charged $180 and the nurse told me it’s 3-7 days for results. It’s been 3 days now and no word.
0/10 - lost my lab results, took 3 business days of beating around the bush to confirm. Called me in for a retest a week and a half later, literally forgot about me twice while waiting. Another 2 days later (when I’m supposed to have results), I find out they didn’t send it out right away, waited 48 hours before contacting the lab. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Yes, the manager is already involved but hasn’t spoken to me directly.
