This has to be a joke. This was the worst emergency care I could imagine as far as customer service. I was told after I checked in that I could leave and run a quick errand and they would text me when it was my turn. This was a huge help because there was a woman in the waiting area with the most pitiful moan EVER making me feel worse than I already felt. I assume she was in pain.
