Won't be going back here after our last visit with my daughter. Checked in online, showed up 15min later. My child was complaining of major back pain and quick onset vomiting. The nurse took us back pretty quickly, but was not sympathetic at all to my daughter who was clearly in pain and had to keep running to the bathroom to vomit. Made on-line appointment at 6:00 am and I was first on the list for a Saturday morning. I received a text telling me when to proceed to my appointment. I was the first patient seen. There was no issue with them accepting TriCare for insurance. The staff was fast and friendly and I was speaking to the doctor by 8:10. My diagnosis my quick and easy, Poison Oak, and I had my injection and on my way by 8:30. Taken in quickly with online appointment. Reviewed symptoms with PA and he tested for potential answers, diagnosed and released within an hour.
PA was wonderful... front desk staff, not so much. She acted like she was bored and had no smile for me whatsoever. She argued about my insurance and didn't offer to help by verifying what I was saying at all. I had to leave, go call my insurance co and have them call her back to confirm what I had told her was my coverage! When I walked back in, she didn't even smile or apologize for the inconvenience.
