I’m extremely disappointed with my experiences at this urgent care, particularly with the wait times, follow-up communication, and privacy concerns. First, scheduling an appointment in advance seems to make very little difference. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve waited at least an hour, regardless of how sick I was. During my most recent visit, I was vomiting uncontrollably, yet I watched six people who arrived after me—each of whom had pre-booked appointments—get seen before me. Great and friendly group of people! The staffs were professional and the wait was minimal! I took my son for his physical, they take good care of him
