0 stars for the front desk lady with the lifting wig. THEIR system was down — NOT my problem — and she tried to make it my responsibility. She told me, “OUR system is down and its not letting ME see insurance information so YOURE going to have to pay for todays visit in full” Then she really tried to say, “You can’t leave until you pay the $180.” Be so serious.
