This was my first experience at CareNow. (Plank Road). Registration was fast and easy. There was no wait. All staff members were professional and focused. The PA listened to my concerns and was thorough in her explanations and directions. Even though it was at the end of a long day for them- I did not feel anyone was in a rush to get me out of there. It’s the best experience I’ve had in years at an Urgent Care facility!
Amazing and friendly staff! Would highly recommend.
