My experience at this facility was extremely concerning. I received a false-positive tuberculosis diagnosis because the staff measured the reaction based on the red spot rather than the induration. Additionally, the nurse's behavior was very rude. I am sharing this to alert others about potential diagnostic inaccuracies and poor patient care here.

The medical staff and doctors were phenomenal. The desk staff, Derrinesha Yearly, is incompetent and rude. After giving her my insurance card, I waited for two hours. Two hours later, she informed me that there was an issue and she would need my insurance card again. I informed her that I wish she would’ve told me that right away instead of making me wait 2 hours. The front desk lacks etiquette. I've been told twice there would be a provider available for a physical exam and both times I showed up there was not, even when I had an appointment made. No courtesy call was given to advise me that my appointment needed to be moved to a later time. I've worked in healthcare for 10 years as a medical assistant and as a nurse. There's no excuse for the lack of patient communication and care.
