Didn't have to wait long. Great customer service. Dr answered all my questions and took the time to hear me out and that is a big plus for me

Received care there on 10/2/2025. During intake they have you sign forms; one of which asks if they can keep a card on file. I did not wish to keep a card on file so I signed no. I paid my copay and received my treatment. Now we are 10/23/2025 and I was just billed 136 dollars from them without warning. No call, no email, no letter saying I had an owed balance, they just went ahead and charged it on a card I did not consent for them to keep the information of. This is fraud; outright fraud.
