Update to my earlier review. Definitely deceptive billing practices at Edinburg CareNow facility. Briefly, I paid $490.72 on 2/4/26 for 3 swabs (COVID/Influenza/strep A) & for about 15 min consult with nurse practitioner. My deductible had been met in January and this facility is part of my BCBS network.
