I caught a stomach bug while attending a conference. The staff were all very kind and helpful.
Horrible experience here for the second time now. I understand that wait times are long at urgent cares, however when you come in for a simple quick drug screen for work and then watch two people (non emergency and another drug screen) come in after you but get pulled back before you and the staff can’t give you a direct answer as to why and just keep stuttering and saying “I don’t know the computer is down” when it isn’t ?? This is by far one of the worst urgent care facilities I’ve ever been to. They do not take patients into consideration and clearly do not care about anyone in pain or distress. Please don’t come here ,this is not an urgent care that truly cares for people. I came in with severe jaw pain and was initially seen by a pregnant physician who was very dismissive. At first, she prescribed what I needed, but when I came back later in excruciating pain, crying and barely able to talk, I was denied treatment. I had originally refused ... read more
