very slow and inconsiderate it says check in on line for a DRUG TEST that takes 6 mins to do once u come n the office u still have additional paper work to literally put the same thing u just filled out said because its for the back so this not the same urgent care ? yall don’t work for the same people? then turn around takes another 10 mins for A DRUG TEST by the way just careless n very slow n lazy at this point
Absolutely horrible. Went in with chest pain after a panic attack and stated I’ve had Costochondritis before and was in a lot of pain. They said there wasn’t anything they could do for me, not even an ibuprofen. (The only reason I went to this urgent care was because I called in advance and was told I could be given something for pain until I could go to an ER.) I agreed to an EKG and was told the 2 ladies that were seeing me would be back once I changed. About 5 minutes later 2 MALE EMT’s came in unannounced. This is so unp... read more
