They need extra people
Friendly and welcoming staff. Jennifer ( X-ray & front desk) was great and took care of both the administrative tasks and my chest X-ray. Tracey (NP) is a great provider. She didn't just examine me she provided simple explanations of all findings. I've been to this urgent care before and they are consistent with their great service. This is the place to go for your urgent care needs.
I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.
Quick and friendly service. Doc was a vet which is nice to see because there is relatability. I am happy to know there are urgent care units willing to help when my va facility is full.
Victor's greeteing was friendly and professionally, and he made it easy for me to complete the intake "paper" work. MA Torrie was also friendly and professional, preparing my wound for the NP. I have seen the NP, Emily Quenstedt, before, and she once again carefully and thoroughly took care of my problem, along with giving me at-home care instructions. I will use this facility again for urgent care in the future.
