Caution- do not use this facility! 1) They keep your credit card on file for 12 months and will charge you after the initial visit without your consent. Two weeks after my visit an additional charge appeared on my credit card. I called the customer service department and was told I consented to this practice when signing the intake paperwork. I was very impressed with my recent visit at the Cedar Park Care Now Urgent Care facility. Everyone was very professional ,concerned, and kind from the front desk and my room.
Very poor, I made an appointment online as I was instructed at 4:30 p.m. and received a text saying I would get a text message when my appointment was available. Fast forward to 8 p.m. and they close without even messaging for my appointment and leaving me in pain until the morning. Very very poor I would never recommend this kind of horrible care to anyone!
