Took over an hour to be seen. Horrible service. They finally called us in when we were leaving.

I visited this office on 8/11. They did not accept my insurance and quoted me $180 out-of-pocket, which I agreed to and paid in full with my card. A week later, I discovered they had charged my card a second time without my authorization. When I called, I was told the duplicate charge would need to be “sent to claims for review” and that it could take up to 30 days to receive a refund. They refused to escalate my concern to a supervisor. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft. Do not go here.
