My second visit to Care Now Urgent Care- blue diamond. I was greeted at the front desk by Joseph who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know including a quick definition of what HIPPA. My waiting time was quick and I was in within 10 minutes from my arrival time. I was escorted to one of the rooms by a young gentleman name RJ who was also very friendly ,we had a great conversation while he checked my blood pressure, and in the meantime asked different questions ... read more
Very friendly staff, very short wait time! Extremely pleased with the care I received.
The staff was super kind and professional, and Nurse RJ was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and really listened to my concerns. Quick service and great care — highly recommend!
LOVE the NP (Jane) and Assistant Paolo...best healthcare service with extreme kindness is a breath of fresh air....the receptionist!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! if I spoke to patients the way she speaks with her disrespectful tone...the Doc/charge nurse would pulled me off the floor IMMEDIATELY!! She needs more training on how to provide direct patient services especially in the healthcare field...I'll be reporting her to DPBH..she is the only reason why this location gets 3 stars..
