Went to Allen Care Now facility on March 24, 2020 with chest pain and finger joint complaint. Filled out online check in at 3:24 pm with those symptoms, reiterated the same symptoms to the receptionist who called to confirm my appointment. Upon arriving to the facility, filled out paperwork that clearly stated the same chest pain symptoms and had to wait outside a while due to Covid procedures.
