Showed up for my daughter’s appointment and the location is not even here any more and the doctor we scheduled with is no longer with the practice. Avoid at all costs! Total waste of time and frustrating.

The doctor my kids seen was good but the place and communication was HORRIBLE. They moved twice without any notice to patients and would not reschedule my kids anywhere else after calling to ask a question regarding the appointment because they were moving.... we transferred to Nurture pediatrics and its the BEST hands down.

FYI this clinic closed I was never informed it closed and have been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone up there to get an appt made I went up there today to find a note on the door that they were closed and had been since April. I dont know how or where to begin trying to obtain my kids medical records at this point. They still have a working number that goes straight to voicemail I've left several messages and havent recieved a call back. This office location is a waste of time. You all barley have any clients or patients there anyway so why is that your front desk workers can never answer the phone but sit there and have a rude approach when you come in. The doctors are great it’s the poor staff that can barley do there job. They should have kept the Smyrna location there and the workers only! I hate to switch doctors after going here for two years!
