I've reached out to Caren multiple times in regards to a contractual obligation to pay out hand money from one of her buying agents/clients. Her and Kaylin Hill have been without a doubt the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. I've waited nearly 3 months for hand money owed and they have ducked every call and email sent by me my realtor and my broker.
