I have horrible eczema and dyshidrotic eczema and this has been the only lotion to not aggravate it worse, especially in a flare up. I’m excited to try the dish soap to see if it helps with my hands as well. The lotion doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy and the scents are amazing. When you wash your hands, you will need to reapply the lotion but… that’s because the soap did its job to wash everything off.
