Very difficult to get ahold of and impossible to get ahold of her for the other agent. She texts, no calls, she doesn't answer questions or get paperwork prepared in a timely manner. She came to our closing in sandals and a sundress. This is a 300K sale... Maybe dress the part. I don't recommend Caren. I was the buyer and she made 6 weeks seem like 3 months with the lack of communication and lack of getting documents in a timely manner. Caren was very hard to get a hold of. She will basically only text, and only at night. We bought a condo in North Point Condominiums that was almost 300K. Due to the seller not being available, we had to postpone closing. He was hard to get ahold of. Why she couldn't go see him, I'm not sure. But, it seemed like to us, the buyers and our realtor, that she didn't want to sell this condo. It was on the market for over 2 years. The seller didn't fix the plumbing issues at all. Caren is friendly and helpful, but I don’t find her trustworthy. She tried to hide a lot of the costs and was not forthcoming about changes in the industry. I went to another agent who told me from the start the changes I already knew and quoted the right costs from the beginning. I would recommend you check around first before signing with Caren Foy Group.
I would highly recommend Caren Foy and her team...from day one they have went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly...even after the closing she checked in multiple times to make sure things where going good!
Caren Foy is such an amazing person and Realtor. I felt that she completely understood our end goal and worked her heart out to help us accomplish our goals. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for not only a great Realtor but a Realtor with a heart of pleasing her clients.
