Very poor experience. Offered no insight, and just referred me to other specialists. Did not feel she was actively listening or could serve an effective primary doctor through which care could be coordinated. If you’re ok with medical care provided by a screen prompting predefined questions, she’s fine, and no different to ordering your own tests and visiting WebMD. However, if you vaguely remember a time where doctors provided personalized care based on empathy and compassion, look elsewhere.
I have been seeing Dr. Chapinski for appr. 2 yrs. now and find her to be extremely knowledgeable and always up-to-date on the most current medications and solutions! In addition, her demeanor is the perfect mix of friendly and professional! I felt comfortable with her immediately, and actually switched from another doctor when she helped out during COVID and saw me when they were too booked up. Always good availability and helpful any time! Highly recommended!
