I receive physical therapy there. Love the convenience. Parking ample. Many medical services available at 600 Westage Business Center.
Best software system which is user friendly. Choice of many doctors. Great emergency service.
Completely fraudulent billing practices. My husband has been receiving a medical bill for a workers comp claim since 2024. Today we completed our 11th phone call providing the claims department with the worker’s comp claim number. This is completely unethical. Will never return to another Optum location because I do not have time to call a billing department 11 times regarding a simple matter. Seriously, get it together.
