The nurse and the doctor were very friendly and helpful.
If you want poor medical service, this is the urgent care for you! My daughter went there with a classic tick bite bullseye with low grade fever and they refused to treat her with antibiotics. Instead they did the Lyme disease test (which is useless immediately after the bullseye appears) along with flu and Covid testing. On top of that, the provider treated her rudely. I went to this office due to hearing loss following an explosion at work, so understandably, I was already dealing with a stressful situation. When I arrived, the older woman at the front desk told me I needed to provide additional workers’ compensation insurance information that I did not have available. I grew up on science fiction that told me we’d have a cool robocalypse before reverting to the Dark Ages, not just that lazy billionaires would decide we weren’t the 21st century anymore and nobody would eat them.
