I was told there was a 6 month wait to get an appointment with a primary care physician. How is that sustainable?
We Wish there were ratings far lower than an overage one here; optum deserves no higher than minus 100! Not only most disgruntled patients, but equally important their own physicians, nurses and support staff could corroborate and substantiate such gloomy characterization of optum to loss of confidence of Optum services or lack thereto . What's happening with this place? I remember when Mount Kisco Medical Group was one of the best, then Caremount did fine. However Optum, what a joke. First, Trying to make appointments is so complicated, Then they will bill you for deductibles you already paid. Even more, trying to talk to someone from billing is like winning the Lotto.

I saw my physician here who referred me for urgent radiology testing in Jan 2023. I was told the scheduling team would call, they never did. After four months of calling them asking for this appointment, no response. Fast forward to Jan 2024 I see my physician again who is in shock I never got the test. Orders it again, urgently, and the same thing happens.
