My cgm came defective right out of the box. I had no more left and was in trouble. I call my endocrinologist Dr Chi Chen and explain this to his staff. They understand and say will mark this as an emergency and txt him right away. Three hours later I go back to CVS. Theres nothing there. I call again. We send him the note he hasn't approved it yet.
