Very nice staff and great doctors who really care.
Optum (since the buyout) is the embodiment of the corruption and disorder of the modern American medical care system. Customer service and billing assistance is non-existent with call back times not being minutes or hours but multiple days. Received a late payment notice (first notice of any kind I saw) with the incorrect name on it and have yet to be able to speak to a human. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was confused to see the low rating and wanted to hopefully inform other parents on my experience, and recommend Dr. Zapson. Both of my toddlers have seen Dr. Zapson since birth and we love her. She’s patient kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. She always makes us feel cared for and comfortable and well informed. First, Bonnie at the front desk is absolutely terrible. Very rude and nosey and always transfers the calls to the other office so she doesn’t have to do her job. Next, is the nurses. Absolute worst they make you think they’re so “booked” but when you get there the office is empty!!! The nurses also seem very clueless and flat out rude.
