My visit to this Optum Irgent Care was exceptionally positive. Two minute wait time, the PA and her assistant were most attentive. I left with the prescription needed for my condition. All around a wonderful experience.
Wanted to leave a zero rating.Receptionist and nurse were extremely nice, professional and helpful. The PA that was on duty was horrible. Unprofessional, dismissive and uncaring. Said my symptoms were UTI but I tried to tell her it wasn’t. Did not listen to anything I had to say. Turns out it wasn’t a UTI based on urine culture and never called me with results. Good thing I didn’t take the Antibiotics she prescribed for an infection I did not have. She needs to go and hopefully replaced with someone professional,caring and l... read more
