If you want poor medical service, this is the urgent care for you! My daughter went there with a classic tick bite bullseye with low grade fever and they refused to treat her with antibiotics. Instead they did the Lyme disease test (which is useless immediately after the bullseye appears) along with flu and Covid testing. On top of that, the provider treated her rudely. Luckily we went to a useful urgent care that was incredulous at her neglectful treatment (should have started her on antibiotics prophylactically) and repeat... read more
Staff is exceptional Terrible experience dealing with a non English speaking person who is not even in this country….didnt even tell me who he was and told me he could not find another date when that was not true.
The nurse and the doctor were very friendly and helpful.
