This office coded the blood work from my physical incorrectly when they sent it to quest. They admitted that they coded it incorrectly however they refuse to respond to me when I ask them to correct it. This has been going on for 11 months and I am being stuck with a $500 bill because Optum made a mistake and is refusing to remedy it.
The girl at the front desk was so RUDE. I did complain to the supervisor and called the main office. No one should be talked to or dismissed that way. She really needs to find other employment and not with the public. Seems like everything has gone down hill since Optum took over. Such a shame.
beyond overwhelmed dealing with Optum. For the past 8 months I have been fighting billing mistakes for charges I did not owe. Dr.Dellatore is amazing and so are the ladies at the front desk. However, the nurse 'Elizabeth' is as rude as they come. I received a phone call while I was at work and she left me the rudest voicemail. I was nervous to come in for my appointment since I'm a new patient and unsure of how the staff would treat me. She was rude to both me and my father in person, saying we don't listen even though she's not our doctor. This check in process is absurd! Third time here in a month and the line is always 6 people long. Also, tell your snobby receptionists to stop asking medical questions at check in. It’s AGAINST HIPPAA!! It’s been reported.
