Nurses are great. The doctor’s first interaction with me was rolling her eyes when I told her I was on a GLP-1. Very professional! Will never return.
In my opinion, these people are frauds. Do NOT come here for any sort of urgent care needs. I came in for a visit in December of 2024 for a clearly acute illness that I simply needed regular testing for from an URGENT CARE. These “healthcare providers” filed my insurance claim as a specialty care visit and charged me and my insurance company $900+!!! for a flu and COVID test that I can now purchase at a store for $20 over the counter!! Dr. Newborn and Nurse Robin are fantastic medical professionals who are not just knowledgeable but also very friendly, personable, and have a great sense of humor.
I went in with a cough and had them listen to my chest. The bill was ~$1,200. Edit: Not for nothing but after seeing the positive reviews I am personally convinced these are people who were monetarily compensated to leave good reviews, either directly or indirectly. I can’t say for sure but it seems highly likely to me. Think about what kind of a medical care facility has to resort to that type of tactic.
