I would highly recommend this particular facility (I've not used Optum Urgent Care before) based upon the excellent level of care I received from all associates I dealt with on my recent visit. I had been on an airplane within 48 hours of feeling a very sore throat and head congestion. My plans included visiting with Dad who is 97 and in a rehab/nursing facility as well as with family members including young children and a newborn. I am so happy with urgent care. I’ve avoided the emergency room for me and my mom at least a half a dozen times. They are always thorough, kind, informative. It’s taken a tremendous amount of stress out of my life
