I am not sure why all the negative reviews. My family and I have been here on several occasions. I have two young kids. We have experienced prompt, kind and knowledgeable service. Each time diagnosed accurately and offering fast relief. I appreciate the reception, nurses and the doctors for their care. I really like the option of being able to make appointments that are honored timely. Only improvement can be an upgrade to the facilities.
Have always had an awesome experience when I've been in for random, acute things - ear infections, upper respiratory stuff, etc. I was most recently in for my ankle. Had met with the nurse, doctor, got an X-ray and initial result in under and hour. Had the final report from radiology by the time I was home. Staff are great, the place is super efficient, convenient location in Kisco with good hours.
Very good experience at Urgent Care in Mount Kisco for UTI infection. Easy to get appointment. Very good follow-up with nurses via email questions via portal and phone call questions.
Nurses are great. The doctor’s first interaction with me was rolling her eyes when I told her I was on a GLP-1. Very professional! Will never return.
In my opinion, these people are frauds. Do NOT come here for any sort of urgent care needs. I came in for a visit in December of 2024 for a clearly acute illness that I simply needed regular testing for from an URGENT CARE. These “healthcare providers” filed my insurance claim as a specialty care visit and charged me and my insurance company $900+!!! for a flu and COVID test that I can now purchase at a store for $20 over the counter!!
