All the good doctors are leaving this practice! It used to be excellent 20 years ago, now it's just horrific. You can spend half a day on the phone waiting for a staffer to take your call. Their "MyChart" app isn't user friendly and doesn't answer all the question. Horrible group. Stay away!
This location is permanently closed. I tried to mark it that way but was rejected.
Just had the call center person with a loud cellphone recording playing while speaking to me- it seems she was on hold herself for something- I could barely hear her and asked her to cut off the other noise- she said hello hello and disconnected the call. This is Optum. I have been with my doctor for over 8 years (MKMG then CareMount) the doctors, NP, nurses and front desk have always been wonderful care providers- professional and courteous- the office staff is fantastic!
